The Coffee: Best New Coffee Spot in Puerto Vallarta
I enjoyed this delicious iced coffee with sugar and cream 10/10 for only 50 pesos.
The Coffee is a Brazilian-Japanese inspired café brand that proudly blends premium Brazilian beans with Japanese minimalist perfection and tech-savvy coffee culture, serving up beautifully roasted espresso and specialty drinks in sleek, modern spaces.
Now they are in Vallarta, located in Centro, just steps away from the Malecon. Its the perfect place to stop after walking in the heat and grab a COLD coffee.
Y’all — I just hit up The Coffee for the first time and it’s a whole mood. The music was ON POINT, too!
From the minute I walked in, I was vibing with the Japanese-inspired minimalist design, the scent of freshly roasted Brazilian beans, and the barista pulling shots like they owned the moment.
I went straight for their ICED COFFEE (Because it was hot as f*ck out) and was blown away — smooth, bold, cultured, and everything I needed. I felt like I was living local and elevated all at once.
The vibe, the taste, the atmosphere = 10/10.
