Breakfast Burrito Review – Uncle Daddy’s Puerto Vallarta | Gay Travel Brunch

You’ve got to stop what you’re doing and go to Uncle Daddy’s in Puerto Vallarta.
I tried the Brunch Burrito — eggs, sausage, bacon, melted cheese, crispy home-fries, and a flour tortilla so good you’ll whisper “yes, please” before the first bite. Check out my reel below to get a real feel for what I thought about it:
From the first forkful I was sold: savory sausage, smoky bacon, fluffy eggs, all wrapped up in warm tortilla perfection. The salty-cheese pull just tipped it into full on mouth-thrill mode. 10/10 — no notes. That queso was also INSANE! I really want that bottled up so I can put it on everything… LOL!
I also trired the PBJ coffee, and I have to say I am not usually a fan of SUPER sweet drinks, and especially coffee drinks — but this was a 10/10. It tasted just like a PBJ, like wow. And, I loved that I could still actually taste the flavorful coffee, too. That’s a big issue with sweeter coffee drinks, for me. But this was a hit!
If you’re in Zona Romántica and craving a breakfast that feels like more than breakfast, Uncle Daddy’s hit the spot. Seriously feels like you’re in New York City or Mexico City!
The only thing that I wish this place offered more of is more comfortable seating but I get its a new place so probably just trying to get the kinks out. It’s more of a place to eat and go, not work or hang around much longer than that.

Will I go again: Absolutely! I loved how light the burrito was but also so filling!

The Coffee is Puerto Vallarta’s newest obsession — Brazilian beans meet Japanese minimalism for a 10/10 café experience you don’t want to miss.
